Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Credits System

CareerDeck AI operates on a credits-based system. Users can purchase credits which can be redeemed for various services within the platform. Here's how it works:

• Credits can be purchased in bundles through our platform.
• Each service or feature within CareerDeck AI costs a specific number of credits.
• Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
• Unused credits expire after 10 months from the date of purchase.
• CareerDeck AI reserves the right to modify the credit costs of services at any time.

2. Free Trial

CareerDeck AI may, at its sole discretion, offer a free trial for a limited number of credits or for a limited period of time ("Free Trial").

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.

If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by CareerDeck AI until you purchase additional credits beyond those provided in the Free Trial.

3. AI-Powered Career Coaching

Our Service utilizes artificial intelligence to provide career coaching and advice. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. The AI-generated advice is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional career counseling.
2. The accuracy and relevance of the AI-generated content may vary, and you should use your own judgment when acting on any advice provided.
3. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the AI-generated content.

4. User Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CareerDeck AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
